Adam Raga second again in Belgium

The sixth round of the FIM Trial World Championships took place in Comblain-au-Pont, Belgium. The last time that this country hosted a GP round was two years ago. This stage has been the only single day round of the eight event series. The high temperatures, the technic rock hazards and the tight lap time have signed the day. It’s important to know that the mechanical assistance was forbidden in this race, one factor plus to take care of the bike during the three laps.

Adam Raga did a great race in Belgium. The two first laps Raga has battled for the victory but unexpected section changes in the third lap done that the TRS rider had a time penalty. In despite of that, Raga got an epic second place tied on points with Albert Cabestany. Now Adam has just four more opportunities – Great Britain and Italia- to run down Toni Bou to the top of the standings. With this new podium TRS confirms that the hard work gives good results.

Adam Raga: “It was a tough day. I have not driven very good. The lap times were so tight and the level of the sections was hight. However, I’m happy with the final result”.

Jordi Tarrés: “This second place is a great result for the team. It has been a very complicated trial with high level sections. Raga and the bike were fantastic, I’m really happy with the performance.
